First, Environmental monitoring of labor operations
Fully grasp the environmental conditions of the labor workplace and assess the exposure of the operating environment of the employees, and set up the labor operation environmental monitoring plan for sampling, monitoring, analysis and evaluation. The monitoring of the working environment is carried out twice a year to reduce the exposure hazard of the employees effectively, and gradually understand the exposed state of the employees.

6.Regulate occupational safety and health of contractors when they enter the factory: All contractors must comply with the requirements of the Occupational Safety and Health Act and environmental protection laws when entering the plant. Before the contractor enters the factory for construction, the work safety unit must notify the relevant engineering and construction personnel of the relevant laws and regulations and the safety and health precautions for each operation. In 2021, a total of 60 times education activities were conducted for contractors to enter the factory.
Third, fire safety
In order to maintain the safety of the workplace environment, fire safety equipment is overhauled and declared every year, and employees are organized into self-defense firefighting. The implementation of firefighting, notification and evacuation training shall be held at least every six months to make employees familiar with disaster prevention and avoid hazards.
Fourth, establish a rule of practice for occupational safety and health
In order to establish a management system and improve organizational functions, the company has established working rules based on the "Labor Standards Law" and relevant laws, regulations to ensure the rights and interests of employees. Employees' regulations on employment, treatment, attendance, leave, service, reward and punishment, assessment, relocation, training, welfare, insurance, occupational disaster compensation, pension, separation, retirement and other matters shall be handled in accordance with these Rules. Those who do not have provisions shall be handled in accordance with the relevant labor laws and regulations.
Fifth, Sexual harassment prevention measures appeal and disciplinary measures
The company is committed to preventing sexual harassment, improving workplace facilities to protect employees from sexual harassment, and regularly organize or encourage employees to participate in educational workshops on sexual harassment prevention and provide complaint channels, not allow sexual harassment in the workplace.
