Tycoons Group Enterprise Ltd is a steel industry citizen enterprise, abides by the RBA (Responsible Business Alliance Code of Conduct) commitment, fulfills corporate social responsibility to protect the basic human rights of all colleagues, and follows the UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the UN Global Covenant, and the UN Corporation. With the international human rights conventions such as the Human Rights Guiding Principles and the United Nations International Labor Organization, all violations and violations of human rights are eliminated, and all colleagues are treated and respected with fairness. The human rights policy of Tycoons Group Enterprise Ltd is as follows:

First, the prohibition of child labor

The employment of child workers under the age of 16 is strictly prohibited at any stage of social responsibility, manufacturing and sales that protect children's physical and mental development.

Second, anti-forced labor

Third, free association, collective bargaining and set up the suggestion boxes

  1. Respect the right of employees to form, participate in and organize unions freely, and inform employees that they are free to join the chosen organization without any adverse consequences or retaliation from the company.
  2. Providing internal communication channels and suggestion boxes so that employees should be able to communicate openly with management without fear of retaliation, threats or harassment.

Fourth, non-discrimination

  1. Regarding to hiring, remuneration, training opportunities, promotion, dismissal or retirement. And, could not base on race, national or social origin, social class, descent, religion, physical disability, gender, sexual orientation, family responsibilities, marital status, union membership, political opinions, age or other discrimination to give unfair treatment.
  2. Except for medical examinations required by law or to determine whether it is suitable for a particular job, employees or prospective employees shall not be forced to undergo discriminatory medical examinations
