Social Responsibility for company

The management department of the company is a part-time unit that promotes social responsibility, and regularly reports on the implementation status of the year in the board of directors. The main duties are as follows:

  1. Set goals for social responsibility across the company.
  2. Promote and implement social responsibility programs.
  3. Report social responsibility performance and future goals to the board of directors at the end of each year.
  4. Review the social responsibility and management policy.

Fulfilling social responsibility

First, Overemployment of physically and mentally disabled employees

In addition to providing working opportunities for local employees, the company protects and promotes the people with physically and metal challenged and guarantees the rights and interests for them.
For those who do not hinder the safety of people with physically and metal challenged, the company would follow the government employment regulations, and even excess hire(Excluding overseas employees).

Fifth, social education

  1. Cooperate with the Department of Labor Relations, Culture University and Shih Chien University for providing opportunities for students to study in business. Providing study opportunities for third-year university students in order to strengthen students' learning and combine professional knowledge, practice to enhance the imagination of company’s operations. Students would acclimate the workplace easily after graduation.
  2. Cooperate with Kaohsiung City Labor Bureau Training and Employment Center to handle the employment plan for specific targets and vulnerable people. The participants will be 18 people. The professional lecturer will introduce the company profile, business philosophy, and the trend of the steel industry, then guide the students to understand the industrial environment and the job skills, conditions required to promote the employment of the disadvantaged via visit.
